SLOW WORK till December 9th (that's when I finish driving school, it's taking so much of my time & energy. After that I'll only have an art course I'm attending which is time-consuming but not as stressful).
Not accepting any new commissions till then, and work on remaining ones is a bit slower than usual, sorry.

Thanks so much for considering commissioning me!• I will draw: humans, humanoids, taurs, anthros (flat-faced are ok too), CS characters, slight gore, fanart, OC x canon character, non-sexual nudity
• I won't draw: fetish art, mecha/robots, characters with offensive/discriminatory themes, vehicles, realism
• I might draw, but it depends on the concept & might cost extra: detailed backgrounds, nsfw.You can view my commission queue here!

UPDATE LOG
22/01/23. Painty/rendered drawings have been removed from commission options as I decided to only offer them in YCH form for now! More detailed info has been added to clean-lined drawings and custom designs descriptions. Clean-lined commissions prices are now on a sliding scale where the price depends on complexity.
27/05/24. Page art (character/couple) has been removed from commissioned options. Custom designs option has been updated.

A. I only accept payments through EasyStart/EasyBusy (Stripe, PayPal, bank cards), Ko-fi (PayPal, bank cards, other methods) and Hipolink (bank cards, including virtual) at the moment. I'm not able to give refunds now.
❗❗ Commissions and flat priced adopts which are paid for using Ko-fi will cost 7-10% more.
For commissioned work:
B. Payment is required after you approve of the initial sketch (or before I start working, if you prefer).
C. I may charge extra for complex designs or requests.
D. I have the right to decline a commission request if I know I'm unable to draw it or if the concept/theme makes me uncomfortable.
E. Let me know beforehand if you want your commission to stay private.
For premade designs/adoptables:
F. Payment plans are only available when specified in the description, but you can always ask me for short-time holds. I'm more likely to accept if you already bought designs from me before.
G. Do not claim/bid on the design if you don't have enough funds.
H. Do not hide or retract bids.
I. Please be ready to pay within 48 hours of me contacting you [Soft rule. I'm willing to wait longer, especially if we discussed it beforehand].2. WORKING PROCESS
For commissioned work:
A. I prefer visual references over written. I would appreciate it if you have a moodboard when commissioning a design.
B. You will receive WIPs for sketch and lineart stages, but you are free to ask for WIPs at any time.
C. Small changes can be made throughout the process and after I finish the artwork.
D. The time it takes to finish your commission varies between several days to 3-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the artwork and my other work. If there is a strict deadline (e.g. someone's birthday), let me know beforehand.3. COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP/USAGE
A. I, the artist, will retain the copyright to the original artwork for display/portfolio purposes, and will not profit further from the commissioned work.
B. You, the customer, cannot trace, copy or claim the artwork as your own.
If posting on other websites credit me (fiestatb @ TH, Medekh @ DA, or just leave my linktr.ee) as creator.
C. You may not use any of my artwork for NFTs or AI learning/image generation.
D. My personal signature (Either just "Medekh" or "Medekh" and the current year) must not be removed under any circumstance without permission.
E. Commercial fees are separate, let me know beforehand if you plan on using an artwork or a design you bought from me commercially. Commercial rights can now only be bought for an additional price, and I might be unwilling to sell some designs commercially.
For premade designs/adoptables:
F. You will receive ownership of the character and full-sized .PNG files via Toyhou.se/Google drive once the full price has been paid.
^{i. I upload all my designs to Toyhou.se. If you don't have a TH account you can ask me to delete the design you bought/acquired from the site. Usually sold designs will be marked as Closed and link to the owner on a different platform will be added.
ii. If you acquired my design via trade/sale/gift from another person and didn't receive full-sized files from them you can contact me with proof of getting the design and ask me for the full files (sometimes files uploaded to TH are already full-sized).}
G. You are free to make edits, and use the character however you want (creating alternate forms, redesigning, converting to a closed species, using in d&d campaigns, roleplay etc) as long as you bought it for personal use.
H. You may not resell a design you bought from me for more than what you paid for it unless it comes with additional artwork (commissioned or made by you).
I. Do not set my design to hidden or delete my design‘s page from Toyhouse (If you'd like to hide them, authorize me) [Soft rule, I just prefer to be able to see my designs/know who owns them].
J. Co-ownership is allowed.
K. You are not obligated to inform me when selling/trading/gifting a design acquired from me. You are free to notify me about looking to sell/trade my design, and I can help you by boosting it on my page.

30/03/24. My general ToS (the one originally posted on Carrd) has been merged with my ToS for Premade designs (now outdated) for easier view. New payment option (Hipolink) has been added. Paragraphs 3D, 3I have been added. Paragraphs 1I, 3E, 3H, 3K received clarifications/changes.
